Ciretran de Cruz das Almas transfere atendimentos para Cachoeira após incêndio; usuários reclamam dos serviços

Quem está se deslocando para 33ª Ciretran de Cruz das Almas em busca de serviços recebe uma informação nada agradável: os atendimentos foram transferidos para o município de Cachoeira, no Recôncavo baiano. A mudança teria sido provocada após um incêndio atingir a parte elétrica do local, no mês abril, que tem como foco o segmento de Departamento de Trânsito (Detran).

Um leitor do site #RevistaRecôncavo procurou a nossa equipe para reclamar sobre o funcionamento do serviço na cidade histórica. “Lá (em Cachoeira) não tem ficha suficiente para atender a demanda de Cruz e a demanda que já existia na cidade. Então você sai de Cruz das Almas arriscando ser atendido ou não. Eu cheguei por volta de 10h e não encontrei mais ficha”, relatou.

Ainda de acordo com o relato, algumas pessoas estão se deslocando até três vezes para conseguir atendimento. Outra reclamação foi em relação aos correspondentes bancários. O leitor explicou que são poucos os pontos que recebem pagamento de boletos emitidos pelo Detran e, com isso, longas filas são formadas.

Segundo apuração feita pelo site Revista Recôncavo, ainda não há previsão para o retorno dos atendimentos no município de Cruz das Almas. Mas um novo local está sendo preparado no Centro Social Urbano (CSU) para receber as demandas com mais comodidade.
