O deputado federal Mário Negromonte Jr (PP) participou de um evento no município de Ipiaú, neste domingo (18), ao lado da prefeita Maria das Graças Mendonça (PP). Em seu discurso, pedindo voto para sua reeleição e para o deputado estadual Niltinho – também do PP – um trecho da fala chamou a atenção. Sem citar o nome, o progressista fez referência ao candidato Jerônimo Rodrigues (PT), adversário de ACM Neto – que é apoiado pelo Partido Progressista.

“Quatro anos ajudando esse povo de Ipiaú. Se vocês querem que a gente continue esse trabalho, que tem mudado a vida de vocês, dia 2 de outubro vote (números dos candidatos). Depois o nosso governador aqui de Maria (gritos: Jerônimo, Jerônimo), e depois nós vamos apertar com força Lula para presidente”, disse o parlamentar.

O momento serviu também para que Mário reafirmasse mais uma vez o seu apoio e voto ao ex-presidente Lula, que disputa a Presidência da República.
