SAJ: adolescente morre ao ‘brincar’ de roleta russa com amigo; jovem foi apreendido

Um adolescente de 17 anos morreu após ser baleado no rosto enquanto “brincava” com uma arma de fogo com o amigo. O caso ocorreu no início da noite de terça-feira (31), na Rua de Dentro, no bairro São Benedito, em Santo Antônio de Jesus.

Segundo testemunhas, o caso aconteceu por volta das 18h30. Os dois rapazes estavam em uma residência, manuseando a arma. Depois dos disparos, vizinhos socorreram Wemerson Cardoso da Silva para o Hospital Regional, mas ele não resistiu ao ferimento.

O adolescente que fez os disparo foi apresentado à Policia por sua mãe. Horas após o crime, ela saiu pelas ruas à procura de uma viatura da Polícia Militar, e ao encontrar os agentes, relatou que queria levar o filho para a delegacia, mas que não conseguia sair com o adolescente porque estava recebendo ameaças da vizinhança.

Os policiais foram até a casa do jovem, acompanhados da mulher, e levaram os dois até a unidade policial. Na delegacia, o adolescente contou que o disparo não foi intencional, e que os dois faziam a “brincadeira”. Após ser ouvido, ele foi apreendido e está à disposição do Ministério Público. O órgão ainda vai decidir se ele irá ou não para uma casa de acolhimento ao menor infrator.

Segundo a delegada que investiga o caso, o responsável pelo tiro teria dito que arma pertence a um amigo dele, e estava em sua posse desde o último domingo (29). “Ele fala que um amigo deixou na casa dele desde domingo. Os policiais do SI foram ao encontro deste que deixou a arma, e não o encontrou em casa, mas por volta de meio-dia ele compareceu aqui e nega ter dado a arma ao menor infrator”, relatou Corina Lopes, de acordo com o Blog do Valente.

Ainda segundo a Drª Corina, havia uma terceira pessoa no local onde o fato aconteceu. Este, que não teve o nome divulgado, está sendo procurado pela polícia para que sua versão seja ouvida. “Estamos no intuito de localizar o outro rapaz que estava próximo a eles para que ele possa narrar tudo e sabermos se coincide com o que menor está dizendo”, revelou.

O corpo do jovem Wemerson Cardoso da Silva foi velado em uma igreja evangélica no bairro São Benedito. E o sepultamento aconteceu no final da tarde desta quarta-feira (1°), em Santo Antônio de Jesus.
