ATUALIZAÇÃO – Cruz das Almas: comércio abre neste domingo (19) com jornada máxima de 6 horas de trabalho

A Câmara de Dirigentes Lojistas (CDL) e o Sindilojas de Cruz das Almas divulgaram os horários de funcionamento do comércio cruzalmense nesta semana de São João.

Neste domingo (19), o comércio poderá funcionar respeitando a jornada máxima de 6 horas. Na quinta-feira (23), véspera de São João, o comércio funcionará das 8 às 16 horas.

Horário normal é o horário já seguido pelo comércio em seus respectivos dias; o que não que dizer que não posssa ultrapassar. O que contará como horas extras, como consta na Convenção Coletiva de Trabalho.
